Shipping and Returns 

By completing a purchase you agree to all terms and policies listed on this page.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
 Please read carefully before completing your purchase with Moss and Crown. If you are ready to start the return process, please CLICK HERE.

 Please read all return guidelines to make sure your item is eligible for a return.

Please allow 7-10 business days for standard processing after your order has been placed. After this period, the shipping process will go into effect.

During high sale times and holiday seasons it may take up to 12-14 business days for standard processing. Our business days are Monday- Friday, we ship Monday-Friday only.  All prices are listed in US Dollars.

We are unable to make any adjustments, or additions, to orders after they have been submitted. No exceptions.

We are unable to cancel orders after they have been submitted. Moss and Crown does not guarantee the stock of any item as all pieces are available while supplies last only. 

 *Orders cannot be combined.


Moss and Crown does not offer expedited or rush shipping, standard shipping only is available and is always sent Priority Mail.
It may take 48-72 hours for you to receive a confirmation email that your package has left our facility, not counting weekends or holidays.

Moss and Crown is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments by the carrier when there is a notice of delivery.

 Moss and Crown is not responsible for the receipt of shipping confirmation email.

By purchasing from us you are agreeing with the following terms.

For questions about your return please email -ALL approved returns are refunded back to the original form of payment.

Damages and missing items should be reported within 72 hours from date of delivery.

The customer is responsible for the shipping of returned items.

 Please keep your tracking number to help our team provide an estimate of when your credit will be processed-Once received, please allow 24 hours for an approval of your return.

 Approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days. You will receive a refund notification- Returns are subject to review. We are not able to accept items that have been worn or washed, are missing tags (if applicable), have any detectible odor, or have pet hair-

 If your return is not approved and you would like the item returned to you, you are responsible for shipping. If arrangements are not made after 14 days, the items will go to a non-profit charity.

-FINAL SALE items (such as clearance or sale price) are not eligible for a refund.
